Ikar toldos of tzadikim? Arent everyone's deeds their main produce?
Most people change focus from their own growth to their children's. So their ikar toldos are the children. A tzaddik continues to work on himself so that even aftwr raising children his ikkar toldos are his own massim tovim.

I just saw anaf yosef on tanchumah noach 3 that brings on this passuk, whoever does torah truthfully is like he creates himself.

 Tazria v'nusati...  K'nega...  Kol rum is tzora'as on the house good or bad? Even for treasure, if had to waste some money in breaking wall its bad. H' could give without waste. But causes waste for those that are not careful abput waste in the first place. That is also a sign of selfish stinginess because even if to you the small amount is worthless, what about for others! The same applies to time. Value & cou t each day of sefirah!

The difference between the rasha & chavham lies in the words Lachem & eschem - (not a problem of using the word avodah.) what is the great significance of these words?
Marcus Lehman - notes that only 1of 4 sons are written in the torah with lashon rabim  - the rasha...

Megillah 3b refers to shchitas pesach as avodah even though every yachid and all shchitah is always kosher with zar.
Also how & why jump to most severe mitzvah to challenge meis mitzvah?
It is avodah - as matter of fact R. S. R. H. Notes its the ONLY korban that the Torah itself calls avodah!
Avodah plays big role in yetzias mitzrayim Hashem told moshe your leaving with this one zchus or goal ta'avdun es haElokim...

End of tanchumah shalom. If you want to know if you're on derech Hashem & & His shliach mitzvah or not, the test is dracheha darcei noam vchol nesivoseha shalom . This is why the rasha is described in lashon rabim while the others are singlular. The rasha is detached not just frim Hashem & religion but from all others - even other reshaim they are separated and rabim. But the others are all mevakshei Hashem and are unified with Him and the others.

The Final point of the gemara is that kavod habrios is greater than avodah. perhaps because if one us caught up in avodah at the expense of kavod habrios it is not avodas Hashem at all.

Lets cherish every opportunity of Shluchei mitzvah and ensure that it us accompanied by shalom

Shemos ramban אהיה they dont need miraculous sign just the fact that H'is with us that he responds to our tefilah is the greatest sign of His existence & hashgachah. Mashgiach asked - so thats also a miraculous sign!
However ramban continues 'similarly' midah k'neged midah.
Meaning not miracle response but real tefilah can feel Hashem relating to you.
This is the great sign that yisro noticed as well. Ear of amalek showed a 'practical' G-d that relates to His people. Sh'mos.
